Return Policy Made Easy.

Simply complete the online contact  form for assistance with:

We accept returned product in its original packaging up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Damaged items and/or short shipped orders must be reported to Westcarb within three business days of receipt. To speed up your processing time, quicker credit and tracking information, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-507-1576 for assistance. Our representative will provide a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number to include on the returned package and shipper to return the package.

 

Step 1

Contact our Customer Service Department to verify if your items are eligible for return, Or call 1-866-507-1576 and provide the reason for your return, part number, and order number. Our Customer Care representative will validate that the item(s) you wish to return are eligible for return and issue an RGA.

 

Step 2

Once your return is processed, you will get an RGA number. Write the RGA number on a label and put it on the package to be returned. A return shipping label will be issued or a pickup scheduled for all returnable products. Place the return label over the original shipping label and reseal the box. (Please retain the tracking information from your return label for future reference).

 

Step 3

Return the package with the Westcarb issued RGA number and return label to the driver.

Some items cannot be returned to Westcarb. These include:

  • Customized orders, such as custom made-to-order and fabricated items
  • Extended Inventory items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Goods shipped outside the continental United States
  • Warranty items
