At WestCarb, our operations team is committed to working in conjunction with all department functions to ensure that all of the services provided are standardized and are readily accessible to our internal and external customers.

This is achieved through the use of high tech data bases such as, Parts Base, our internal Access data base as well as scheduling, shipping and handling tools which can be attributed to our ability to deliver on time.

The level of quality we provided to our customers fall in line with the type of competitive excellence they strive to provide their customers.

At WE, Inc., our inventory is controlled by an experience quality control analyst who takes accountability for the accuracy, quality, and compliance of all material received and shipped. In addition, all purchase orders are certified to be in compliant with the terms and conditions, as agreed.

Our quality program is designed to cover every facet of operations, this includes but in not limited to, material certification, and tracers to domestic as well as international industry standards.

WestCarb was founded in 2002 by Ms. Morrell Thomas. Ms. Thomas a Boston University graduate, and former employee of United Technologies, Hamilton Sundstrand Division, is no stranger to the Aviation Industry. During her 18 year career span at Hamilton, Ms. Thomas gained her experience and knowledge of the market from the various positions she held. These positions consist of Buyer for Hamilton Support Systems’ Overhaul and Repair Facility, Contract Specialist in the Military Contract Division, Sub-Contract Manager for the Hamilton Sundstrand Space System, specifically the Space Suits, and Account Manager in the Hamilton Sundstrand Aftermarket Sales Division. In that position she managed various large commercial accounts some of which consisted of United Airlines, Boeing, Korean Air, and numerous Regional accounts. She is also a graduate of the Hamilton Support Systems Management Trainee Program.

WestCarb is divided into two divisions, Aviation Parts and Services and Industrial supplies. On the Aviation side WE procures and market both fixed and rotary wing aircraft engine accessories, components and consumables. WE works in conjunction with other Small and large businesses to obtain access to a large volume of parts. Our products serve large and small Aerospace Companies, Overhaul shops, Airlines and the Department of Defense.

On the industrial side, WestCarb is a distributor of Industrial, Welding, Safety, Oilfield, Construction, and Contamination Removal and Control products. Please click on our "On Line Catalog" for a list of some of the various products WE provides.

WestCarb depends on state of the art technology such as Parts Base, ILS and various inventory research tools to provide "Difficult to locate" parts service to our customers.
